We don’t build a Troop. We build Scouts. Scouts build the Troop...Boy led.
Troop 194 is part of the Aptakisic District which serves the communities of: Highland Park, Highwood, Ft. Sheridan, Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, Green Oaks, Libertyville, Rondout, Mundelein, Vernon Hills, Deerfield, Bannockburn, Lincolnshire, Riverwoods, Mettawa, Kildeer, Long Grove and Northeast Buffalo Grove.
Meeting Information - Troop meetings are held in the basement of Holy Cross in Libertyville at 29700 N St Marys Rd. Meetings are held each Monday from 7:00 to 8:00 PM. You are welcome to visit us anytime.
What is your big annual event? - Our big annual event is going camping at Camp Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan, a week-long campout where you learn much!
How are you involved in the community - etc? - We are involved in the community by doing adopt-a-highway trash pickups, placing flags by veteran's gravesites for Memorial Day, providing meals for Project Healing Waters, and more.
