Posted by klacrosse on Oct 31 2024 - 10:19am

National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) is an immersive and wide-ranging six-day outdoor experience for youth leaders. The NYLT course centers around the concepts of what a leader must BE, KNOW, and DO. The key elements are then taught with a clear focus on HOW to apply what is learned. The skills come alive during the week as the patrol goes on a quest for the meaning of leadership. If you are inserted in attending NYLT, please contact Mr. Claus, ASAP!
